Roger Griggs Founder, Chairman

Mr. Roger Griggs has founded numerous pharmaceutical companies, including Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc., PediaMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Integrity Pharmaceutical Corporation and Drug Enhancement Company of America, LLC. Mr. Griggs currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and PediaMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Griggs also founded Richwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. in 1990, and served as president and the chief executive officer of that company until 1997, when it was acquired by Shire Pharmaceuticals Group PLC to form Shire Richwood Inc. Mr. Griggs has served since 1998 as a Managing Director of Union Springs LLC, a venture capital firm focused on investments in the life-sciences sector. Mr. Griggs holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Indiana University and an M.S. from Indiana University at South Bend.

He is a prolific healthcare executive with extensive experience in founding, building and positioning companies for global expansion into M&A. Jake has founded or co-founded sixteen successful healthcare companies and has commercialized multiple award winning products in over 30 countries. 

Caleb Griggs Co-Founder 

Caleb Griggs is an accomplished healthcare sales executive, skilled in developing and implementing multiple national sales and marketing initiatives. Caleb has targeted, nurtured and closed key accounts while directing senior sales teams to promote pharmaceutical, medical device and nutraceutical products into diverse sales channels. Caleb has developed, beta tested and nationally launched multiple product training platforms for pharmacists, physicians and staff that multiplied front end pharmacy sales twelve times above the industry average.
